No. This isn’t about pretending your choices don’t matter. It’s about finally understanding the invisible forces driving those choices so you can actually change them. Saying “you’re not broken, you’re dysregulated” is not an excuse; it’s a doorway into the only level where sustainable change actually happens - your nervous system.
Most programs quietly assume that you’re in control of your nervous system, so they try to stack new habits, rules, and beliefs on top of a dysregulated foundation. Home to Self: The Internal Reset Experience starts at the foundation: we regulate your system, reset your internal experience, and only then do we rebuild behavior and identity. You’re not being asked to white-knuckle your way into a new life; you’re being guided through an 8-week internal reset that your body can actually sustain.
Inside Home to Self, “failure” becomes data - not a verdict on your worth. If you miss a call or have a hard week, that’s not proof you’re hopeless; it’s information about what your system does under stress. We work with that. This program is built for real, messy, full lives - not imaginary future versions of you who magically have time, energy, and perfect discipline.
No. Home to Self: The Internal Reset Experience is an educational and experiential program. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or a crisis service. We teach you about your nervous system, guide you through practices, and support you in changing your relationship with yourself and your coping strategies. Many participants choose to do this work alongside therapy, and find that both deepen as a result.
If you are truly at capacity, that matters. At the same time, a regulated nervous system is one of the few investments that gives you capacity back, instead of taking more from you. The program is intentionally structured for high-functioning, exhausted humans: one live call per week, focused practices you can do in minutes, and a community that understands the reality of showing up with a tired body and a buzzing brain.
While everyone’s journey is unique, participants commonly report: a radically different internal narrative (“I’m not broken” versus “what is wrong with me?”), fewer autopilot coping episodes, more ability to pause before numbing, a grounded sense of self-trust where self-contempt used to live, and a felt sense of being more “at home” in their own body and life. You’ll leave with tools you can keep using long after the 8 weeks are over.
